Our beveled edges help produce a sharp, clean cut just like a knife!
In addition to our sharp edges, our nearly 1/2" depth allows for cutting dough up to 3/8". Detailed lines are recessed by roughly 1/8" (3.5mm). Ideal dough thickness is between 1/4" and 3/8". If you want to make thicker cookies, we suggest checking out the matching outline cutter and using this one as a press.
