We do NOT accept returns.

We have a no-returns policy for various reasons. The most important reason is we do not want a used cookie cutter to be returned to us. We cannot re-sell it, and we're out the time and money required to make and ship that cookie cutter. If your cookie cutter is smaller or larger than you expected, please e-mail us BEFORE you use it. Depending on the situation, we will let you exchange the item for a different one.
